910 Union Street, a 2-story brick and masonry structure, was originally built in 1914 on the edge of Brooklyn’s Grand Army Plaza and Prospect Park. In 2012 5 stories were added as it was converted into the 15 spacious residences of Park Union.
The exterior and scale of the building have always been characteristic of the neighborhood, and that is still true today. Park Union has been designed to fit the context and visual language of Park Slope.
